What is ZALET?
A business support model of up to 5 months for micro-entrepreneurs, a program with a track record of 4 years designed by and for entrepreneurs.
Our mission is to support and convey a strong community of healthy entrepreneurs from Croatia contributing to solving relevant sustainability and social issues.
Are you the entrepreneur we are looking for?
Apply if your micro-enterprise is developing products solving challenges in different sectors of the economy with the objective of reducing environmental impacts and risks, mitigating climate change, especially in the agriculture, food, marine and maritime sectors. Specifically within Green economy and Blue growth. Special interest will be on manufacturing organisations.
Extra key criteria are the following:
Your business is at the growth stage of development with a clear vision.
You have a grit to learn, scale your impact and ready to connect with other entrepreneurs.
You can communicate well in English, both orally and in writing.
Program modules
Individual diagnosis
5 hrs of individual assessment of the current status of your organization to assess the business model, product or service development stage and circularity potential.
Circular design process
3 day intensive in-depth sessions with our special methodology to help you find circular design strategies for new business opportunities.
Business acceleration
10 hrs of mentoring & tailor made expert support addressing your business challenges through a combination of individualized support with tasks and milestones.
Wellbeing support
6 face to face meet-ups with wellbeing content + 2 peer to peer online sessions connecting you with experienced micro businesses.
1 retreat in spring
A curated retreat by the Dinaric Alps of 3 days will close the program's cycle to focus on you and your purpose.
